Dude, I'm not sure either, but I think when you go to youtube, it gives you the option to send to a blog.

oso-iceman's right, on youtube it's easy: under the video description it shows you the video's URL, and under that an "Embed" option. Copy the embedding code and paste it into the text section of your post, and presto change-o you're dazzling others with your sparkling witticisms.
