That's a spearing hole. I thought only the natives got to do that.
here in the guay we have a remote yet simiiar sitch. the ice in the ice machine warms up now and again, and then gets welded together as the temp returns to appropriate conditions. a while ago some Average Dude placed an Ice Beater on top of the freezer. such glory days were short lived as some short sighted bastard left the palo in the bottom of the freezer, where iy remains barely visible under a two inch glacier. it could be a ploy by the Termolar company as needy dudes in 40 degree C heat resort to beating the blocks with their termos in desperation of a quick fix. you will be comforted to know that at least once a day a thinking individual is scene hoisting a big ass bag of ice over his head and slamming it to the ground...yeah, it is usually a native..

after two months sin Ice Beater, it resurfaced today, but half the size...
the defrosting was the initial prob. the machine was defrosted with and the palo left in the water, and then it was plugged in again..go figure...
